IT for students
On these pages you learn how to get access to wifi, accesible computer rooms and printers, which programs you have access to as a student at Stockholm university and more.

As a student at the Department of Archaeology and Classical Studies you have access to a student computer room at Wallenberglaboratoriet (floor 3). In the computer room you also have access to a printomat, which is the university-wide system for printing, copying and scanning. To use the printomat you need a valid University card.
Athena - learning Platform
All of our courses use the learning platform Athena to communicate about the course. To access the course page in Athena, your student account must be activated and you must be registered for the course.
Student health
Stockholm Student Health Services is a complement to the public healthcare available to residents in Sweden. As a student at Stockholm University you are welcome to contact Stockholm Student Health Services.
The Stockholm Student Health Services provides nurse and counselor services and any health-related problem can be discussed. All visits are free of charge. In case you lack a Swedish personal identity number and wish to make an appointment, please contact us at studenthalsan@su.se, so we can help you. Otherwise book your appointment:

Students at Stockholm University are covered by different insurances depending on their student status. Make sure you know which category you belong to and pay attention to coverage and restrictions.
Study environment

The work and study environment are important issues at Stockholm University, not least for students. They cover places to study, modes of teaching, and even unwritten rules of behaviour, among many other issues.
At Wallenberglaboratoriet there are a few study places on floor 4 and if you use the library there are a few reading places there too. On floor 3 a computer room is available which also has a scanner/printer for students. There is also a student kitchen (floor 3) with, for example, several microwave ovens, a kettle and a coffee machine.
